TL;DR

Business Process Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform): Defining and rolling out business solutions by bridging the gap between end-users and IT resources with an accent on requirements management and process optimization. Focus on documenting workflows, implementing Power Platform solutions, and ensuring functional delivery of IT projects.

Location: Must be based in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, PH. Relocation is not provided.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business end-users and IT to define and roll out solutions.
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements across functional boundaries to add organizational value.
  • Create detailed process documentation, workflows, mockups, and wireframes.
  • Develop test plans, perform solution testing, and provide user training and basic support.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior staff, escalating issues as needed.
  • Perform troubleshooting to replicate and identify root causes of system issues.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in business process analysis.
  • Strong skills in process-oriented documentation and diagramming.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be local to Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, PH.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint).
  • Exposure to AI tools or technologies.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with CSO business processes.
