What you will do

• Collaborate with ETF Specialists to build relationships with CIOs, research analysts, and portfolio managers across various distribution channels.
• Support commercial efforts and drive efficiency throughout the ETF distribution process within the U.S.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, virtual, and email to raise assets in the ETF complex.
• Analyze ETF data from Bloomberg, Morningstar, and 13F filings to conduct comprehensive competitive analysis.
• Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards for sales activities and industry flow data in Excel.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to process client activity and coordinate targeted sales campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a product specialist or related financial analysis role.
• Proficiency in extracting and manipulating ETF data via Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros for processing large datasets.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for efficient client activity management.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
