Location: On-site in Montréal or Québec City, Canada (in-office presence required)

What you will do

  • Provide professional first-line technical support for healthcare organizations and physicians.
  • Independently manage Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets via Zendesk.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Perform configuration tasks within client environments.
  • Guide clients on optimizing the use of product features and solutions.
  • Assist with client deployments and offer ongoing technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Full proficiency in English and French (spoken, written, and read) is required.
  • Relevant experience in technical support or ticket management.
  • Strong technical or IT foundations with a high capacity for learning.
  • Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Must be able to obtain government security clearance and pass a background check.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Montréal or Québec City.
