What you will do

• Provide clear, prompt, and empathetic support to consumers via email, live chat, and phone.
• Resolve inquiries ranging from basic questions to complex technical issues.
• Act as a customer advocate by reporting product trends and improvement areas to internal teams.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by writing clear and concise technical instructions.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to relay user feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer support environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and utilize personal judgment for troubleshooting
• Experience with email, phone, and live chat support for software products
• Ability to work fixed shifts based in Central Standard Time

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira
