Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Palo Alto office (Hybrid: Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office)

Salary: $190,000 – $254,000

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Optimize complex application performance and design for scalability.
  • Analyze security incidents and contribute to forensic investigations.
  • Create technical design documentation and conduct thorough code reviews.
  • Collaborate with iOS, Product, and QA teams to ensure reliable weekly releases.
  • Consult with quality engineers to devise efficient, scalable testing processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting features in Android applications.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin, Statsig, Firebase, and GitHub.
  • Experience performing sanity testing to maintain application reliability.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
