What you will do

• Design and execute A/B experiments to test hypotheses and accelerate user growth.
• Own the end-to-end experiment loop from scoping and building to analyzing results.
• Optimize subscription, onboarding, and activation flows for Cozi and FamilyWall.
• Shape the Android experimentation roadmap in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
• Mentor teammates on instrumentation best practices and data hygiene.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping Android apps at scale.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, including Coroutines, Flow, and Android core component lifecycles.
• Experience with MVVM, uni-directional data flow, and dependency injection (Hilt or Dagger).
• Hands-on experience with in-app purchases, subscription flows, and payment features.
• Expertise in A/B testing, feature flagging tools (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely), and analytics (Firebase, Amplitude, Segment).
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jetpack Compose and Material theming standards.
• Familiarity with deep linking and attribution for user acquisition.
• Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization for European markets.
• Knowledge of generative AI engineering workflows and LLM API integration.
