Salary: $172,000–$192,000

What you will do

• Lead the most technically complex Android development tasks and investigate new Google technologies.
• Act as the steward of Kotlin GitHub repositories and enforce team coding standards.
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship to other Android engineers.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve development, testing, and overall AI strategy.
• Coordinate release candidates and manage technical documentation for project requirements.
• Monitor app performance metrics, logs, and analytics to ensure service success.

Requirements

• Professional enterprise experience building and delivering Android apps to the Play Store.
• Expertise in Kotlin, multi-threaded programming, and MVVM architecture.
• Experience with performance profiling, caching techniques, and unit/instrumentation testing.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Understanding of compliance, accessibility, and security standards in mobile development.
