What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Lead local employee engagement and wellbeing strategies in partnership with the global People team.
  • Execute onsite and virtual employee events to foster community and connection.
  • Oversee office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and budget management.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement for People and Facilities functions.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and provide administrative support for remote team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in employee engagement or HR operations, preferably within a global technology organization.
  • Proven track record in office management or workplace operations.
  • Strong proficiency in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Passion for continuous learning.
