What you will do

• Lead and support project implementations by configuring applications and training clients.
• Act as a primary liaison between the company and clients for assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Manage project timelines and intervene when milestones are at risk of delay.
• Support internal departments including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Participate in the internal peer training program to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• University degree in IT, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed 70% annual chargeable utilization.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing project management.

Nice to have

• Professional designations such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN.
• Bilingual proficiency.
