What you will do

  • Execute the A/B test roadmap using Amplitude Experiment, including monitoring and analysis.
  • Maintain test backlog prioritization based on conversion impact and traffic volume.
  • Own weekly and monthly conversion reporting across paid, organic, and direct channels.
  • Diagnose funnel anomalies and implement quick-win UX and copy improvements.
  • Collaborate with Web Dev, Design, and Demand Gen teams to align landing pages with campaign messaging.
  • Document all test results, learnings, and personalization playbooks for program continuity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on CRO experience in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Direct experience with Amplitude Experiment and Amplitude Analytics is required.
  • Proficiency with Segment (Twilio CDP), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Salesforce reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform funnel analysis and interpret test results.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US as this is a US-based remote contract role.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate insights clearly to marketing leadership.
