What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win strategy and execution plan for strategic customer use cases.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live status of agreed-upon workloads.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Professional Services, Support, and Engineering to drive platform adoption.
• Develop and execute plans for enablement, user growth, and cloud cost optimization.
• Provide KPI reporting on customer health, risk, and investment status to leadership.
• Navigate internal product teams to facilitate new innovations and private previews for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex escalations with senior executives.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
