Salary: $140,000 - $205,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement RTL for high-performance systems including software-defined radios and avionics.
• Interface FPGAs with high-speed data converters, memories, and MCUs.
• Design and test radiation mitigation schemes for space-grade hardware.
• Collaborate closely with DSP, radio algorithm, and embedded software teams.
• Work with multiple FPGA architectures and complex toolchains.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing to support team growth.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card required (legal requirement for export compliance).
• Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in FPGA design.
• Strong proficiency with Verilog or SystemVerilog for synthesis and verification.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing high-throughput FPGA systems.
• Passion for hands-on hardware development in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in computer engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Xilinx FPGAs and Vivado IDE.
• Knowledge of digital communication theory, RF, and modulation.
• Experience with high-speed data converters (ADCs, DACs, JESD204).
• Familiarity with UVM and space-based system constraints.
