What you will do
- Drive end-to-end creative production for tentpole events, from pre-production planning through on-site execution and post-event wrap.
- Build and maintain detailed workback schedules, creative trackers, and approval workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead day-to-day communication and status updates across Creative, Marketing, and broader Events teams.
- Manage external agencies and vendors responsible for event branding, look-and-feel, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, including the CEO, and cross-functional teams such as Legal, PMM, and Comms.
- Develop operational playbooks and tools to systematize and scale event production processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative production or project management, specifically within live events or integrated marketing.
- Proven ability to manage high-visibility projects and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Deep experience supporting creative teams (designers, writers, motion) and managing external agencies.
- High level of organization and the ability to remain calm and proactive under pressure.
- Proficiency with Figma, Frame.io, G Suite, and Slack.
- Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid)
