Salary: $235,000 – $320,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and own the product-led growth (PLG) strategy across the entire user lifecycle from acquisition to expansion.
  • Build and manage a rigorous experimentation program using A/B tests to optimize activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Ship growth-oriented features including onboarding flows, in-product nudges, and self-serve capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align top-of-funnel efforts with in-product conversion.
  • Instrument and monitor growth KPIs and create reporting dashboards for business visibility.
  • Inform pricing, packaging, and self-serve strategies in partnership with GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience focused on growth or PLG at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep fluency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Proven track record of shipping experiments that moved key business metrics.
  • Experience thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
  • Must be located in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise or sales-assisted PLG motions.
  • Familiarity with legal technology or vertical SaaS.
  • Experience building self-serve onboarding or trial experiences in B2B.
