What you will do

• Research market and property data via phone interviews, email outreach, and internet searches.
• Gather, organize, and compile real estate information into internal data entry systems and spreadsheets.
• Conduct external phone interviews to obtain timely and reliable market insights.
• Provide general research support and assistance to the team while maintaining high customer service standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong data entry and typing skills (40 WPM or greater).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Must be based in Scottsdale, AZ

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in real estate, property management, financial services, appraisal, sales, or construction.
• Call center or survey experience.
