What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight of the Nigeria portfolio to ensure program quality and alignment with the RunFree2030 strategy.
• Strengthen the capacity of implementing partners in service delivery, case identification, and treatment adherence.
• Engage government stakeholders and professional bodies to integrate clubfoot services into national health systems.
• Monitor programmatic and financial performance, ensuring donor compliance and effective resource utilization.
• Oversee data collection and quality assurance to drive evidence-based decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor Nigeria-based staff to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in public health, health policy, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in program management within public health or health systems strengthening.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Nigeria.
• Demonstrated experience managing implementing partners and navigating complex health systems in Nigeria.
• Strong financial literacy with experience in budget oversight and donor compliance.
• Proven ability to use data for performance management and strategic decision-making.
