What you will do

• Lead end-to-end performance testing strategies and execution for federal applications.
• Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
• Analyze performance metrics including response time, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather throughput and SLA requirements.
• Mentor and advise junior performance engineers on best practices.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance (active TS preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in performance testing within complex enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience performance testing Appian applications.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter and Groovy.
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing Appian logs.
• Must be able to work on-site in McLean, VA or Northern Virginia area.
