TL;DR

Technical Solutions Analyst (Healthcare): Providing technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare software products with an accent on network protocols, database queries, and API integrations. Location: Must be based in the US. Occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City for company events is required.

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 + 5% performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
  • Utilize effective diagnostic strategies to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities and resolutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry technology trends and participate in continuous development programs.
  • Leverage AI tools like MS Co-Pilot and ChatGPT to optimize support workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Strong technical background with experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and debugging tools including TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, and TLS/SSL.
  • Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server), APIs, SSO/MFA, OAuth, OpenID, JavaScript, HL7, and XML.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot web-based software applications.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a technical support role.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge in Care Delivery, Care Coordination, Business Intelligence, or Financial Performance.
  • Experience with log analysis platforms such as Kibana or AppDynamics.
