What you will do

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for new features across multiple customer portals.
• Perform comprehensive testing at both admin and end-user levels, validating against business requirements.
• Document and track defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps and severity classification.
• Conduct regression testing to maintain platform stability during updates.
• Identify usability pain points and advocate for UX improvements with product and design teams.
• Communicate release readiness, test results, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or Software Tester role, preferably in SaaS.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).
• Experience testing web applications at both admin and end-user levels.
• Strong proficiency in writing detailed bug reports and test documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience with performance or load testing tools.
