Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working on growth, product, or infrastructure challenges at scale.
• Proven ability to ship work in rapid cycles within a product or experimental context.
• Strong working knowledge of modern development workflows and generative AI tools.
• Track record of mentoring and upleveling other engineers through collaboration and example.
• Must be based in the United States.
