Salary: $216,000 - $283,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI services.
• Develop AI-powered capabilities including recommendations, automation, summarization, and classification.
• Integrate LLMs and ML models into production systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost.
• Build and consume scalable APIs and services that support AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and ML partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and developer experience within the team.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack proficiency: React and TypeScript for frontend; Java, Python, or Node.js for backend.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
• Practical experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and RAG patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA to comply with the hybrid office requirement.

• Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Exposure to AI safety, guardrails, and model monitoring.
• Experience working in agile product teams with frequent production shipments.
