What you will do

• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap for IRM, securing executive alignment for platform enhancements.
• Lead the design and continuous optimization of GRC workflows and capabilities to align with business needs.
• Drive user adoption through the creation of documentation, training programs, and education initiatives.
• Manage agile delivery, backlogs, and requirements to ensure scalable and sustainable platform configurations.
• Implement AI and automation opportunities to simplify cross-enterprise risk workflows.
• Represent Risk and Audit in ServiceNow governance forums and oversee robust testing protocols.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience managing GRC/IRM platforms within the financial services industry.
• Proven expertise with ServiceNow is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, audit methodologies, and control functions.
• Success in applying agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia and comply with a hybrid model (4+ days in office)

• Master’s degree.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CFA.
