What you will do

• Lead on-site setup, execution, and tear-down of live sports broadcasts.
• Manage production personnel, including directors, talent, editors, and graphics operators.
• Develop rundowns, tech books, and coverage plans for diverse sporting events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with production equipment, cameras, and connectivity.
• Perform inventory checks and ensure all equipment is maintained and returned in working order.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate broadcast requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing events in a live streaming or broadcast environment.
• Familiarity with software-based production tools like OBS, vMix, and Blackmagic ATEM.
• Experience with prosumer cameras, fiber optic cabling, and lighting.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to meet high travel requirements (up to 80%) and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and manage production teams effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with broadcast graphics systems such as Singular Live, Ross Expression, or Chyron.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data integration with graphics.
