Focus on producing television commercials, station promos, and OTT content from concept through final delivery.

Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ (willingness to travel to Tucson as needed). Position is required to be performed full-time on-site.

What you will do

• Produce television commercials, station promos, and integrated marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Write scripts, develop storylines, and coordinate voice-over, music, and visual elements.
• Shoot video on location and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
• Manage post-production workflows, including audio mixing, graphics, and sound design.
• Develop OTT and digital content, as well as sales-driven segments and special projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• 3–5+ years of experience in video production, promotions, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, audio, and post-production workflows.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Based in Phoenix, AZ with an active Driver’s License and clean driving record.

• Background in journalism, promotions, or videography.
• Experience producing commercial, branded, or OTT content.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and occasional overtime.
