What you will do

• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor with daily maintenance department operations, prioritizing labor and resources to meet SQDCI metrics.
• Maintain a safety and quality mindset; ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a technical expert to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Manage and schedule preventative maintenance (PM) using Limble; support inventory awareness and ordering of department supplies.
• Support CNC-based equipment issues and advanced mechanical work (alignment, balancing, vibration-related maintenance).
• Support FANUC robotics cells with safety knowledge; facilitate training, onboarding, coaching, and department meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI.
• Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices.
• Must establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
• Journeyman certification or equivalent recognized trade qualification in Industrial Mechanics/Millwright (preferred but expected as a strong fit).

Nice to have

• 1+ years of previous leadership experience.
• 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Pouring Equipment for Composite Production.
• Electrical minor or equivalent.
