Salary: $151,200 – $235,200 USD

What you will do

• Identify growth opportunities and build new products to increase viewer engagement.
• Develop and execute a 2-3 year strategic plan for community engagement features.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to drive product delivery.
• Navigate complex product challenges and define long-term roadmaps.
• Act as the voice of the user to optimize notification products and end-user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in consumer-facing growth, engagement, or notifications.
• Proven track record of driving growth through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance quantitative insights and product intuition.
• Experience defining product strategy and delivering results in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global ecosystem as a creator or viewer.
• Experience collaborating with GTM teams for product launches.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics platforms.
