What you will do

• Lead the party team to provide a premier guest experience and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate party reservations, contracts, and catering orders with Retail Service Support.
• Manage dining room ambiance and oversee the seating and service of guests during events.
• Execute branded programs, including themed games, crafts, and doll hair styling.
• Handle POS transactions, sales goals, and resolve customer issues in partnership with management.
• Assist in overseeing retail operations, including the doll salon and personal shopping services.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to commute to Franklin, Tennessee.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer relations, parties, or event planning.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
• Physical ability to perform diverse tasks, including lifting 30-50 pounds.
• Warm and friendly demeanor with a capacity to handle high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

• One to two years of experience in high-volume, fine-casual dining or restaurant settings.
• Serve Safe certification.
• Experience working with children, specifically in executing crafts and styling doll hair.
