What you will do

• Deliver high-quality monthly performance analysis for the UK Retail P&L, focusing on management expenses and headcount.
• Develop forward-looking financial insights, identifying risks and opportunities for senior stakeholders.
• Own significant elements of the forecasting, reforecasting, and budgeting processes, including assumption-setting.
• Lead cost, efficiency, and change initiatives, performing option analysis and benefits tracking.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, controls, and reporting through standardization and automation.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and PowerPoint packs for the UK Leadership Team and QBRs.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong FP&A experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Experience within general insurance.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into concise, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage timelines effectively.
