Senior Revenue Accountant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead revenue recognition according to ASC 606, including contract review and performance obligation identification.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for revenue, deferred revenue, and unbilled revenue.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses.
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain and improve revenue policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Drive process automation, scalability, and assist in NetSuite implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or SaaS experience preferred).
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Sage Intacct.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
