Infrastructure Technician (Robotics)

What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for office, remote, and field users via the Service Desk.
• Perform system administration for Windows-based environments to ensure stability and redundancy.
• Monitor systems and integrations, analyzing and resolving technical incidents.
• Drive and document small local infrastructure projects and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Nordic IT Operations and European teams to support regional requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure within a global environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Windows Server (2019/2022/2025).
• Experience with Intune, VMware, and Windows-based networks.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be based in Gothenburg or available for a hybrid setup there.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region, including Norway.
