TL;DR
Infrastructure Technician (Windows/Microsoft): Supporting and administering Windows-based IT environments, service desk operations, systems monitoring, and infrastructure improvements in a distributed Nordic setup with an accent on Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, VMware, and ITIL processes. Focus on troubleshooting 1st and 2nd line incidents, implementing stable infrastructure changes, documenting solutions, and coordinating support across regional sites.
Location: Gothenburg, onsite with a flexible hybrid working model; occasional travel to Oslo and other Nordic sites

What you will do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to office users, remote employees, and field engineers.
- Monitor systems and integrations, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve service desk requests.
- Administer Windows-based environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Exchange, and VMware.
- Implement and test infrastructure changes, improvements, and optimization initiatives.
- Lead smaller local infrastructure projects and document solutions, procedures, and environments.
- Collaborate with Nordic and European IT Operations, Application Operations, Information Solutions, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure experience in a global environment.
- Experience with centralized or hosted IT environments and modern service desk tools.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Windows-based networks, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Exchange, and VMware.
- Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem, and service request processes.
- Fluent English, willingness to travel within the Nordic region, and availability for full-time work are required.
