Head of Global Technology Services (AI)

Location: Based at hirify.global’s headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Lead the newly formed Global Technology Services organization across workplace technology, enterprise platforms, infrastructure, networks, service management, and global support.
• Build and develop a cohesive leadership team with shared accountability.
• Drive the transition from reactive operations to proactive prevention and continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic supplier relationships and improve accountability for service performance and user experience.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, performance measures, and global service standards.
• Drive the autonomous operations initiative by leveraging agentic AI across backend services and the group-wide service portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience leading global technology services or IT operations organizations through other leaders.
• Experience leading multi-domain technology services or IT operations on a global scale.
• Track record of improving operational performance and service quality.
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and building leadership teams through change.
• Deep expertise in at least two technology domains and broad understanding across several service areas.
• Strong business understanding, stakeholder management, communication, judgment, and relationship-based leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive environments.
• Experience in decentralized organizations where central functions earn adoption through value creation.
