What you will do

• Maintain and manage a comprehensive inventory of flight test equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Coordinate battery stock, tracking charge cycles and managing timely shipments to test locations.
• Handle all business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transport for the Flight Test team.
• Act as the primary home-base contact for on-site crews, resolving logistics and equipment issues at pace.
• Prepare equipment kits and readiness checklists ahead of campaign deployments.
• Draft campaign updates, logistics briefings, and equipment status reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or administrative support, ideally in technical or aviation environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under high time pressure.
• Experience booking and managing complex business travel and last-minute rebookings.
• Strong organizational skills with a process-driven approach to record-keeping and checklists.
• English: Business-fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Munich.

Nice to have

• Experience within aerospace, defence, or UAS operations.
• Familiarity with technical inventory management and coordinating shipments.
• German language proficiency for supplier and vendor interactions.
