• Identify and headhunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Own the full recruitment cycle, including introductions, interviews, offer negotiation, and post-placement support.
• Utilize best-in-class technology and data tools to track market trends, identify opportunities, and sharpen outreach.
• Negotiate agreements and serve as a primary talent partner for clients within your niche.
