What you will do

• Develop and execute the regional strategy for Projects & Heavy Lift in alignment with global business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities across EPCs, energy, mining, renewable, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, global key accounts, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee planning and execution of complex heavy lift transport operations, including engineering, route surveys, and marine coordination.
• Own the regional P&L, setting revenue and margin targets and monitoring financial performance.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multicultural team of project managers, engineers, and operations staff.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading project logistics and heavy lift operations.
• Proven track record in business development within EPC, oil & gas, and energy sectors.
• Strong expertise in negotiating major project contracts and framework agreements.
• Ability to manage regional P&L, budgets, and financial forecasting.
• Experience leading and developing multicultural technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of international HSSE guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
