Multi-Mile Network Development Director (Logistics): Building and scaling a pan-European delivery network connecting first-mile carriers, warehouses, linehaul partners, and last-mile providers with an accent on corridor selection, lane economics, partner performance, and delivery reliability. Focus on designing scalable logistics models, launching and optimizing cross-border lanes, and coordinating Operations, Product, Data, Finance, and commercial teams.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace. The role includes the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to 30 days per year.
Salary: €5,500 gross per month, with flexibility to discuss expectations based on competencies and experience.

What you will do
- Own the Multi-Mile strategy and scale regular and bulky-parcel delivery lanes across Europe.
- Identify and prioritize corridors based on demand, shipment volume, service requirements, and commercial potential.
- Develop end-to-end business cases covering first mile, warehouse handling, linehaul, and last mile.
- Select and negotiate with carriers and partners on pricing, capacity, service levels, and performance expectations.
- Improve delivery cost, reliability, and customer experience while setting priorities for Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Lead the Multi-Mile team and align Operations, Warehouse, Data, Product, Finance, and market teams.
Requirements
- Experience building or significantly redesigning a logistics network, cross-border delivery service, or multi-provider operating model.
- Strong commercial and financial ownership, including business cases, budgets, or unit economics.
- Experience launching lanes, markets, hubs, or carrier models and evaluating operational readiness.
- Strong negotiation skills covering capacity, service levels, responsibilities, and partner performance.
- Experience leading teams and working across commercial, operations, data, product, and finance functions.
- Fluency in English and availability for a hybrid role in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, parcel or bulky-parcel delivery, or logistics platforms.
- Experience with returns networks, warehouse-based consolidation, or logistics services for external customers.
