What you will do

• Develop and execute digital campaigns across social media (LinkedIn), website content, video, and trade shows.
• Design and implement scalable marketing experiments and A/B tests across various channels.
• Utilize AI tools to generate and iterate on campaign concepts, messaging, and creative assets.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and lead generation.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize campaign strategies.

Requirements

• Strong interest in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Arizona, United States

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).
