What you will do
- Provide first-level technical support for macOS and SaaS platforms.
- Manage new hire onboarding, including device setup and software provisioning.
- Maintain and track the IT asset inventory.
- Document IT procedures and common fixes in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate on automation projects, scripts, and workflows to reduce ticket volume.
- Ensure device security through patches, encryption, and regular updates.
Requirements
- Must be looking for a 1 or 2 year apprenticeship.
- Must be based in Paris.
- Comfortable working in a macOS environment.
- Basic understanding of networks, device management, and account provisioning.
- Methodical and organized approach to technical documentation.
- English: Fluent (written and oral) required.

- Proficiency in French.
