What you will do
- Provide on-site support as first contact for network issues in Paris office and manage relationships with coworking providers internationally.
- Drive network deployment and setup in new Paris office including Wi-Fi, certificates, RADIUS, firewall, routing, switching, ISP, and segmentation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents with root-cause analysis and continuous improvements (documentation, logging, patch management, capacity planning).
- Coordinate with Workplace, Security, and IT teams on network matters for outstanding employee experience.
- Assist in managing IT applications, user accounts, access rights (OneLogin, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, 1Password), and employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Security-minded: Familiar with certificate lifecycle, RADIUS/802.1X, firewall management, vulnerability management, logging/monitoring.
- Solid IT support experience, hands-on and pragmatic in helping users.
- Curious, proactive, enjoy learning, improving standards, and using AI for automation.
- Strong problem-solving: Diagnose issues, frame options, drive resolutions, stay calm under pressure.
- English: Fluent spoken and written.
