What you will do

• Manage the Apple fleet (~300 devices) using Kandji MDM and Apple Business Manager.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and handle IT onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain DNS Proxy (Cloudflare Zero Trust) and deploy security policies (CIS Level 1).
• Supervise office infrastructure, meeting room AV (Google Meet), and building access control.
• Lead AI transformation projects and optimize internal processes using no-code tools like Make.com.
• Monitor system security via SIEM (Datadog) and participate in security committees.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Apple environments and MDM platforms (Kandji or JAMF).
• Proficiency in Okta administration, Workflows, and SaaS management (Google Workspace, Slack).
• Solid understanding of enterprise security challenges.
• Ability to lead technical projects autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• English communication skills for documentation and international collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office (Hybrid).
