What you will do
- Conduct in-depth failure analysis to identify root causes and contributing factors.
- Analyze trends in reported failures to identify areas for product improvement.
- Categorize and prioritize customer complaints for investigation.
- Collaborate with product owners and design teams to integrate reliability enhancements.
- Communicate investigation results to stakeholders and affected customers.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in a technical discipline (Biomedical, CS, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering).
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Proven experience in conducting root cause investigations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex robotic systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with medical product verification and FDA guidance.
- Background in robotics, mechatronics, and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of Linux, Matlab, and Python.
- Experience in developing automation scripts for test data analysis.
- Work experience in highly regulated industries like medical or military.
