What you will do

• Conduct in-depth failure analysis to identify root causes and contributing factors.
• Analyze trends in reported failures to identify areas for product improvement.

• Collaborate with product owners and design teams to integrate reliability enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in a technical discipline (Biomedical, CS, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Proven experience in conducting root cause investigations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex robotic systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical product verification and FDA guidance.
• Background in robotics, mechatronics, and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of Linux, Matlab, and Python.
• Experience in developing automation scripts for test data analysis.
