What you will do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and secure messaging for hirify.global and Investcentre customers.
• Answer questions and resolve queries across the company's award-winning product range.
• Manage all customer interactions in line with service level agreements and compliance policies.
• Operate within a fast-paced client services environment to ensure a high standard of customer care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester office.
