TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (Fintech): Managing and resolving complex customer technical issues for a global decision engine with an accent on troubleshooting, API integration, and platform optimization. Focus on acting as the primary technical point of contact, collaborating with engineering teams to report bugs, and improving client product knowledge.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in-office).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, resolving inbound tickets according to SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving APIs, web protocols, and platform configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal Engineering teams to identify, report, and track product bugs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practice guides for clients.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and feature requests for the Product team.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide out-of-hours support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably within software or fintech.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, Python, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and customer priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with version control systems like git/GitHub.
  • Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid model.
