Founding/Lead Engineer (Elixir) | International Fintech Project, EU/UK

Work mode: Remote / Relocation (EU/UK)

We are looking for a Founding/Lead Engineer (Elixir) with 5+ years of backend experience in fintech or banking to build and scale a core embedded finance platform for the UK/EU market.

You will take end-to-end ownership of high-performance APIs, direct payment integrations, and real-time compliance data pipelines, ensuring secure processing of 100k+ monthly transactions.

The role requires deep expertise in Elixir, PostgreSQL, system architecture, and financial risk decisioning, along with fluency in both English and Russian.
