TL;DR

Location: Must live within a reasonable distance of a major airport in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 base + $30,000 commission target.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical customer accounts to foster trust and accountability.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews to assess performance and solution alignment.
  • Understand customer technical goals, IT architecture, and integration requirements to provide proactive guidance.
  • Monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity and health using Salesforce and Gainsight.

Requirements

  • Must live within a reasonable distance of a major airport in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing technical role.
  • Familiarity with GIS technologies, IT systems, APIs, or enterprise integration workflows.
  • Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or other technology-enabled environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms like Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of technical product adoption and solution deployment in B2B settings.
