Salary: $55,000–$70,000 base + $30,000 commission target.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary liaison for technical customer accounts to foster trust and accountability.
- Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews to assess performance and solution alignment.
- Understand customer technical goals, IT architecture, and integration requirements to provide proactive guidance.
- Monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity and health using Salesforce and Gainsight.
Requirements
- Must live within a reasonable distance of a major airport in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Familiarity with GIS technologies, IT systems, APIs, or enterprise integration workflows.
- Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or other technology-enabled environments.
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms like Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of technical product adoption and solution deployment in B2B settings.
