What you will do

  • Own end-to-end renewal strategy for high-ARR, multi-product, or multi-year accounts.
  • Run complex pricing, concession, and restructuring discussions to protect revenue.
  • Serve as an escalation point for stalled or high-risk renewals.
  • Mentor and coach P3 Renewal Managers.
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to align value delivery to renewal outcomes.
  • Provide structured feedback to RevOps and Product on churn drivers and maintain accurate forecasts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proven success closing complex SaaS renewals.
  • Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and procurement.
  • Strong forecasting and risk management discipline.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a dedicated Renewal Manager role.
  • Prior quota-carrying sales background.
  • Experience with multi-product SaaS portfolios.
  • Familiarity with churn mitigation frameworks and save motions.
  • Exposure to pricing strategy or deal desk leadership.
