What you will do
- Own end-to-end renewal strategy for high-ARR, multi-product, or multi-year accounts.
- Run complex pricing, concession, and restructuring discussions to protect revenue.
- Serve as an escalation point for stalled or high-risk renewals.
- Mentor and coach P3 Renewal Managers.
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to align value delivery to renewal outcomes.
- Provide structured feedback to RevOps and Product on churn drivers and maintain accurate forecasts.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Proven success closing complex SaaS renewals.
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and procurement.
- Strong forecasting and risk management discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in a dedicated Renewal Manager role.
- Prior quota-carrying sales background.
- Experience with multi-product SaaS portfolios.
- Familiarity with churn mitigation frameworks and save motions.
- Exposure to pricing strategy or deal desk leadership.
