Salary: £136,000 - £180,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do
- Lead the Fraud & Disputes Risk team and collaborate as part of the wider Group Leadership Team.
- Build and embed effective fraud controls and processes across all product lines, including business banking and wealth.
- Develop prevention-first tools using latest technologies to stay ahead of criminal trends.
- Manage and coach high-performing teams using continuous feedback to drive tangible impact.
- Influence senior internal and external stakeholders in line with company values.
- Utilize data-driven insights to solve problems and identify opportunities for fraud prevention.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading risk teams, ideally in regulated and fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of UK and EU fraud regulations.
- Proven ability to balance a product-led mindset with deep fraud risk expertise.
- Experience prioritizing and implementing innovative fraud management strategies using technology.
- Must be based in the UK (open to distributed working within the country).
- Data-driven approach with the ability to self-serve data for analysis.
