Location: Hybrid, London or Kent office, UK

What you will do
- Conduct fraud investigations around scams and application fraud.
- Utilise fraud systems and intelligence sources to make case decisions.
- Report fraud to organisations such as Cifas.
- Support new application checks and existing customer monitoring to proactively prevent fraud.
- Work 40 hours per week including one full weekend every 4 weeks.
- Work onsite 3 days per week in London or Kent office.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in London or Kent, UK
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication required
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Previous fraud experience advantageous, especially in unsecured loans or credit cards.
