What you will do

• Conduct fraud investigations around scams and application fraud.
• Utilise fraud systems and intelligence sources to make case decisions.
• Report fraud to organisations such as Cifas.
• Support new application checks and existing customer monitoring to proactively prevent fraud.
• Work 40 hours per week including one full weekend every 4 weeks.
• Work onsite 3 days per week in London or Kent office.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in London or Kent, UK
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication required
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Previous fraud experience advantageous, especially in unsecured loans or credit cards.
