Automation Engineer (AI Agents)

Automation Engineer (AI Agents): Supports the design, development, and testing of intelligent automation solutions, including AI agents and digital workflows, with an accent on implementing predefined agent behaviors, prompts, and integrations. Focus on prompt tuning and evaluation cycles, monitoring and basic performance evaluation, and assisting IT operations/infrastructure support while working onsite.

Location: Piracicaba or São Paulo, Brazil (onsite five days a week)

What you will do

• Support development, testing, and deployment of AI agents and automation workflows.
• Implement predefined prompts, tools, and simple agent workflows; assist with integrations via APIs and enterprise systems.
• Participate in experimentation cycles (prompt tuning, evaluation, iteration) and support controlled testing/validation of agent behaviors.
• Monitor agent performance, support basic evaluation frameworks, and assist with dashboards for usage, performance, and outcomes.
• Contribute to release management and document agent configurations, prompts, workflows, and technical decisions.
• Support IT operations initiatives (telephony, printing/device management, network segmentation, software onboarding/provisioning, end-user support and incident resolution).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• English: pre-advanced level.
• Basic proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.
• Introductory knowledge of AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt-based systems and agent workflows (basic level).
• Basic understanding of SDLC and release management practices; ability to interpret logs and system behavior for troubleshooting.
