What you will do

• Develop robust, maintainable, and scalable software applications.
• Research emerging AI trends, experiment with tools, and prototype innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance workflows and products using AI.
• Solve complex business and process challenges through creative, data-driven solutions.
• Promote knowledge sharing and empower teams to leverage AI tools.

Requirements

• Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI frameworks and workflow platforms.
• Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, .NET, or other modern languages.
• Experience with real projects via internships, open source, Kaggle, or personal work.
• Must be based in Brazil (For Brazilians only)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of relational and document databases.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
