Area Sales Manager (Consumer Goods): Managing distribution and retail partnerships in the DFW territory to increase volume and market share with an accent on relationship building and field execution. Location: Must be based in the Dallas Fort Worth area and have the ability to travel daily in the assigned region

What you will do
- Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals and achieve overall objectives in the Texas market.
- Manage partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and major retailers including Whole Foods, Target, and Kroger.
- Conduct weekly route rides with DSD partners to pinpoint opportunities for underperforming accounts.
- Identify and open new accounts to gain secondary points of purchase and expand shelf/cooler placement.
- Implement and execute incentive programs to guide distributor organizations in achieving sales objectives.
- Collaborate with field-marketing teams to create comprehensive plans to increase market share.
Requirements
- Must live in the Dallas Fort Worth area and be able to travel daily.
- Possess a clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
